A BILL to repeal §29-22-22 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to exemption of lottery prizes from
taxation.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of exemption of lottery prizes from taxation.
Section twenty-two, article twenty-two, chapter twenty-nine of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
