House Resolution No. 24

[Originating in the Committee on Rules]
"Providing for an interim study to be conducted by the Committee on Rules of the House of
Delegates regarding the provisions of House Rule 125, Amendments to Senate Bills and
concurring in Senate amendments to House Bills with amendment, and providing that the
results of such study are to be reported to the House of Delegates by the commencement of
the Regular Session, 2006."
Resolved by the House of Delegates:
That the Committee on Rules of the House of Delegates conduct an interim study as to the
question of the provisions of House Rule 125, specifically as such provisions relate to the House
concurring in Senate amendments to House Bills with amendment, and that the conclusions and
recommendations of such study be reported to the House of Delegates by the commencement of the
Regular Session, 2006.
