A BILL to repeal section twenty-one, article one, chapter twenty-five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to employment of displaced correctional employees formerly employed at the penitentiary in Moundsville.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION AND INSTITUTIONS.

§1. Repeal of section relating to employment of displaced correctional employees formerly employed at the penitentiary in Moundsville.

Section twenty-one, article one, chapter twenty-five of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove obsolete language from the code.
