AN ACT to amend and reenact §29-20-7 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuing the West Virginia
Women's Commission.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §29-20-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 20. WOMEN'S COMMISSION.
§29-20-7. Continuation of the West Virginia Women's Commission.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the West Virginia Women's Commission shall continue
until the first day of July, two thousand twelve, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished.
