A BILL to amend and reenact §29-20-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuing the West Virginia Women's Commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §29-20-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 20. WOMEN'S COMMISSION.
§29-20-7. Continuation of the West Virginia Women's Commission.
The women's commission is continued until the first day of July, two thousand six, pursuant Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the West Virginia Women's Commission shall continue until the first day of July, two thousand eight, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished. pursuant to the provisions of that article
