A BILL to amend and reenact article 2, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Division of Information Services and Communications to
promulgate a legislative rule relating to telecommunications
payments by spending units.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 2. Chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-2-1. Department of Information Services and Communications.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-seventh day of August, two thousand four, under the authority of section four-a, article seven, chapter five-a, of this
code, modified by the Division of Information Services and
Communications to meet the objections of the legislative rule-
making review committee and refilled in the state register on the
thirteenth day of January, two thousand five, relating to the
Division of Information Services and Communications
(telecommunications payments by spending units, 161 CSR 2), is
authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of
Information Services and Communications to promulgate a legislative
rule relating to Telecommunications Payments by Spending Units.
