AN ACT to amend and reenact §29-1A-5 of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of
the
interstate
commission on uniform state laws
.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §29-1A-5 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1A. COMMISSION ON UNIFORM STATE LAWS.
§29-1A-5. Continuation of commission.
The interstate commission on uniform state laws shall
continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand ten,
unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to
the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code
.
