A BILL to repeal §7-8-3 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to inspection of jails.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 8. JAIL AND JAILER.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the inspection of jails.
Section three, article eight, chapter seven of the code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
