A BILL to repeal section fourteen, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to provider taxes on optometrists.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 27. HEALTH CARE PROVIDER TAXES.

§1. Repeal of section relating to provider taxes on optometrists.

Section fourteen, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.


NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provider tax on optometrists.
