A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of the existing appropriations from the state road fund to the department of transportation - division of motor vehicles, fund 9007, fiscal year 2003, organization 0802, supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand three.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state road fund to the department of transportation - division of motor vehicles, fund 9007, fiscal year 2003, organization 0802, be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

Sec. 2. Appropriations from state road fund.

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend, reduce and increase items of existing appropriations in the aforesaid accounts for the designated spending unit.
