A BILL to repeal §29-5A-11 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to prohibiting giving away, selling or
offering for sale intoxicating liquor in any building, or part
thereof, in which boxing or sparring exhibitions are being
conducted.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5A. STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION.
§1.Repeal of section relating to prohibiting giving away, selling
or offering for sale intoxicating liquor in any building, or
part thereof, in which boxing or sparring exhibitions are
being conducted.
Section eleven, article five-a, chapter twenty-nine of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
