A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of the existing appropriations from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of military affairs and public safety - West Virginia parole board, fund 0440, fiscal year 2004, organization 0605, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand four.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation from the state fund, general revenue, to the department of military affairs and public safety - West Virginia parole board, fund 0440, fiscal year 2004, organization 0605, be amended and reduced in the existing line item as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

Section 1. Appropriations from general revenue.
