SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 50

Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, relating to consideration of
Senate Bill No. 667,
Extending time for Pocahontas County board of education to meet as levying body for election for special levy.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of all the members present and voting in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express purpose of consideration of Senate Bill No. 667.
