SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 603

Providing for an adjournment of the Legislature until the 11th day of November, 2001, at 8 o'clock postmeridian and for reconvening prior thereto by the Joint Committee on Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates.

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That when adjournment is taken by the two houses of the Legislature at the close of their respective sessions on the 6th day of November, 2001, such adjournment shall be until the 11th day of November, 2001, at 8 p.m., pursuant to Article VI, Section 23 of the Constitution of the State of West Virginia, unless the Legislature is called to reconvene prior thereto by a majority vote of the Joint Committee on Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates, in which event such adjournment shall be until the date and time of reconvening specified by said Committee; and that the Legislature hereby expressly authorizes said Joint Committee on Rules, to which this authority is hereby expressly delegated, to call the Legislature to reconvene this sixth extraordinary session, 2001, prior to the 11th day of November, 2001, as herein provided.
