Granting permission to introduce a bill relating to additional
fire and casualty insurance premium tax and surcharge.
Resolved by the Senate of West Virginia, two thirds of the
members present and voting agreeing thereto:
That in accordance with Senate Rule No. 14, permission is
hereby given to introduce a bill with the following title:
A BILL to amend and reenact sections fourteen-d and thirty-
three, article three, chapter thirty-three of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, all
relating to additional fire and casualty insurance premium tax
and surcharge.
