Delegate John Doyle will host a legislative town meeting this coming Saturday, January 12 at 10:30 a.m. at the Bolivar-Harpers Ferry Public Library. Delegate Doyle previously hosted such a meeting in Shepherdstown in December. "These meetings are to let the people of the 57th District understand the issues that are likely to take center stage when the Legislature convenes its regular session this year," Doyle said. Doyle continued, "I'll take a few minutes and talk briefly about those issues then take questions on observations on those and other issues from folks in attendance." The meeting will run until about noon. Delegate Doyle says that he will have a second series of two meetings in Shepherdstown and Bolivar-Harpers Ferry areas after the legislative session concludes in mid-March. |
